Ordering from Woggles is quite easy. All you have to do is click on the top right and select the category. Choose your favorite Woggles and add them to the cart. Proceed to checkout by creating your account or signing in as a guest user. Make sure you enter the correct address, complete the payment, and you’re done. Ta-da!
Your package filled with cool styles will be delivered to your doorstep. We will ship your order via trusted courier services. The package will be sealed for protection, ensuring that you receive the perfect product without any damage.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation for the order on the registered email ID or phone number.
Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive the tracking ID on your registered email or phone number.
You can request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Please ensure that you send the email from the same email ID you used to place the order on our website. The refunded amount will be credited back to the source account within 7-10 working days. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the shipment is delivered and the customer receives a faulty product, they can then raise a return request.
Cash handling charges of Rs. 50 per product will only be applicable to COD orders. For example, if your purchase includes four sunglasses, you would incur cash handling fees amounting to Rs. 200. To avoid the charges, you can opt for prepaid.

If your payment has been deducted due to a payment failure, your money will be promptly refunded by the relevant bank within 7 to 10 business days.

Please check your bank account to confirm if the money has been deducted or not. If it has, the respective bank will refund your money within 7-10 business days.

We personally guarantee that every package from Woggles is processed promptly and arrives in perfect condition. We meticulously attend to every detail to ensure the safe and intact delivery of your package.
The estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days. However, unforeseen circumstances can lead to changes in the actual delivery time.

If you happen to receive an incorrect product, you're able to start the return process within 15 days from the moment you receive the item. In the event that you receive an empty box, please begin the return process within 24 hours of receiving the item. It's important to note that if you don't initiate the return within the specified timeframes, a refund will not be initiated. Once we've collected the returned order and it arrives at our warehouse, the refund will be processed back to your original payment source within 7-10 business days.

If your pin code is non-serviceable for a return pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to the provided address. Please make sure that the product, along with its tags, the bill, and the original packaging, remains intact. Ensure that the package is properly sealed to prevent any damage during transit. The shipping cost for the self-shipment will be refunded to you once we receive the product at our warehouse.

Once we receive your package with a valid reason for return and after conducting quality control confirmation, the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours. The funds will be credited to your account within the next 7 to 10 working days.

If, by any chance, you receive a damaged product, please apply for a replacement within 48 hours. We will arrange for the product to be replaced from our end, and no additional charges will apply.
